Partner of a young SME who has the wind in her sails www.bbqquebec.com, I work hard to live my passion for entrepreneurship within a team that I love as my second family. Proud Womance's Writers, I will share the challenges and daily life of a young woman in business who is learning to become a mother, two extraordinary social roles that require time, passion and dedication.
A big breath, let's go;)
Perfect mother / mother ... happy
I will never be in the first clan. I had (nothing is finished, wo! I have 4 beautiful weeks to live!) A perfectly imperfect pregnancy (in my image) where I ate a lot of fruit, a lot of raw vegetables but REALLY a lot of ice cream .
I worked 7 days on 7, a number of hours that I'll be silent, too many hours standing, nights too short, too many things but ... not a drop of alcohol. I played sports in a unit that counts in minutes ... while before my pregnancy, the 7e day of the week, mandatory rest without yoga or physical activity or bodybuilding was a blank page for me.
The truth? I spent a summer of crazy working in the greatest joy, total happiness, until I fall asleep tired at night and I do not regret anything. I'm proud of my choice, to take care of my business, to have done one project over the other, sometimes without knowing how I will manage to get there. I am proud to have listened to myself and not to have followed the advice of all well-meaning people who knew better than me what was good for me. (Rest, work stoppage, 35 week on 5 days, prenatal yoga, quiet evenings at home.)
I am not a superwoman, but I am a WOMANCE and I chose to do what I wanted. My judgment allowing me to make the right choices, to be able to make my own decisions as a woman in 2015, is a privilege which I benefit 100%. Fortunately I believe in myself otherwise I would have missed one of the most beautiful years of my life: trip to India, opening a new branch of our company, moving, pregnancy ... My head is hard and I thank the life
By the way, as I write these lines I am in Kansas City for a trip with my business partners. A journey that is filled with encounters, challenges, unexpected events and discoveries at 36 weeks of pregnancy with the full consent of my doctor. Like there are some people who believe that you can go your own way and use your head / heart combo to make good decisions on a case-by-case basis.
You do not lose your head, but I believe that our strength can be increased with the life that grows in itself. This is a purely personal opinion that I will maintain, since I firmly believe that some of my entrepreneurial qualities have been enhanced. I speak of sensitivity, strength and determination. I love the attitude I can take in my work and I thank life for allowing me to realize myself in an open and flexible environment. It gives an adrenaline that is tenfold while a little being, even more important project, grow quietly in itself.
And you, do you have an entourage that pushes you, brakes you or supports you in your choices, no matter what they are? Whatever the answer, WOMANCEs, have enough confidence in us to listen beyond what is expected of our imperfectly perfect woman;)

I have summer rituals, holiday rituals, renewal rituals in the spring ... but my fall rituals remain the most powerful. So here are three very different, but equally magical, ways to celebrate autumn.
I am a fan of face masks and have tested a lot since I use them. I admit that they are not all favorites for me, but t, the quantity I test is things that can happen. Some give great results, while others do not really improve my skin.
