What are the costs of delivery?

Delivery rates are set at 4.99$ for orders in Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. The delivery is free for all orders from 60$ and + in these regions. Delivery rates will be set at 15$ for all orders from Western and Northern Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon). For all orders to United States, delivery costs will be calculated at the time of payment.

What are the delivery terms ?

Your order will leave the warehouse the same day or the day after your order (days on weekdays). Subsequently, a delay of 1 to 2 working days * for delivery anywhere in Quebec and Ontario, depending on your sector. For delivery to destination nationale (rest of Canada), deadlines are 5 to 7 working days. For orders to United States, deadlines are 10 working days. When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package (This number will be active from 24 to 48 hours after you receive it). * Please note that there may be a slightly longer delivery time in high periods such as sales (Black Friday, Boxing Day), during the holiday season and during various events that upset our world. (for example a pandemic). Due to the various strikes / pressure tactics carried out by the postal services, the deadlines may also be extended. Be aware that Womance provides additional resources, such as motivated, hardworking and happy employees during peak periods so that your order leaves the warehouse as quickly as possible.

It is possible to recover my order somewhere rather than having it delivered?

Yes it's possible. At the end of your order, you can choose the option '' Pick up at the head office in 24h '' and your order will be ready to be picked up as soon as NEXT DAY (weekdays, Monday to Friday)! Following your purchase, you can make an appointment directly in your order confirmation email. You must make an appointment to recover your order otherwise, you may come for nothing since no one will be available to open the door for you. We are located in Quebec at 1269 rue Paul-Émile Giroux, Local # 205, Quebec (QC), G1C 0K9. Please note that we take all health measures instituted by the government to ensure you a safe pickup.

I click on my tracking number and my package seems to have gone astray. What can I do?

You can communicate directly to the team of Purolator (1-888-744-7123) with your tracking number on hand. They are the ones who can tell you exactly where your package is. If they ever tell you that they can't find it (it's rather rare), write us at, we'll take care of the rest with you.

Are delivery charges refundable?

All delivery charges, including those for returns, are non-refundable.
