What are the costs of delivery?

Delivery rates are set at 3.99$ for orders anywhere in Canada. Delivery is free in Canada for all orders from 75 $ and more . Shipping rates will be calculated at the end of the order for orders outside Canada.

What are the delivery terms ?

Your order will leave the warehouse the same day or the day after your order (days on weekdays). Subsequently, a delay of 1 3 in working days for delivery anywhere in Quebec and Ontario, depending on your sector. For delivery to national destination (rest of Canada), deadlines are from 5 to 7 working days. For orders in the United States, deadlines are 10 working days. When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking # to track your package (This number will be active from 24h to 48h after you receive it). Please note that there may be a slightly longer delivery time in high periods such as sales (Black Friday, Boxing Day) as well as during the holiday season. It is possible to recover my order somewhere rather than having it delivered?

Yes it's possible. At the end of your order, you can choose the option '' Pick up at the head office in 24h '' and your order will be ready to be picked up as soon as NEXT DAY (on weekdays, Monday to Friday)! Following your order, you will receive an email the next day to make an appointment. You can also write to us before receiving our email to make an appointment. You must make an appointment to pick up your order otherwise, you may move for nothing since no one will be available to open the door. I click on my tracking number and my package seems to have gone astray. What can I do?

You can contact the Canada Post team directly (1-866-607-6301) with your tracking number on hand. They are the ones who can tell you exactly where your package is. If they ever tell you that they can't find it (it's rather rare), write us at, we will take care of the rest with you.

Are delivery charges refundable?
